Default DTG K3 motherboard flush!!!

I need to flush Epson R1900 motherboard with eeprom backup file (backup.eep) since my motherboard (or just a fuse) died after unclogging head with syringe (I know, terrible mistake), and it cannot be read by adjustment program since it doesn't recognize the printer at all (communication error), so therefore, I cannot backup eeprom file from it and restore on new board. I replaced motherboard, it helped to recover machine from E=000 error, but it get stuck in ink count low loop after initialization, with all ink chip flushing (like in the picture).
Now, I'm curious, can a eeprom backup file from any other DTG K3 board be loaded on mine, and work fine within it? I'm thinking about someone could mail me file and save me from this nightmare. Oh, did I mentioned, a dealer from which this machine was bought is not working with DTG for a few years now, so I couldn't get it from them (I seriously doubt it they would send it anyway). And also, is it possible for some electronic guy to read data from broken mb and save it somehow?
