Default DTG M2 PSA: Color Boost in RIP Affects Drop Shadows

This has been a MAJOR problem for me, aside from trying to print a grayscale image on a black t-shirt which I resolved by making a new queue and tweaking the color settings.

I would usually have this problem where I'd print on a color shirt ex: red, blue, green, gray etc., and some graphics would have a slight drop shadow that were barely visible when you look at it in Photoshop.

The problem was the graphic's drop shadow being printed way too dark, like someone taking the opacity level of a drop shadow from 15% to 80% so it looked completely horrible. I figured it may be the color boost settings because I've never really played with the settings. By default, "ON COLOR SHIRTS QUEUE", it's set to 4.0. I brought it down to 1.0 and the drop shadow issue is no more!

I hope they decide to add this tip to their manual, in bold letters, that *COLOR BOOST AFFECTS DROP SHADOWS IN IMAGES*
