Default HELP NEEDED. DTG NEWBIE and I need questions answered about flushing lines and installing EZ Bulk system

Hi, I recently purchased a DTG Kiosk from a couple whose son had passed away just as he getting business started. So, in all they had a DTG kiosk, Ez Bulk Ink system,Cleaning Cartridge Set,Capping Assembly, new printer head,Fast Ink Inks, pretreatment, cleaning solution and a package with a lock tip syringe and 8 oz empty bottle possibly for bulk cleaning solution or waste..not sure. Everything new in package with order purchase except DTG. Where I need help is..the machine hasn't been in use for approximately a year now,but it appears that the lines and bottles were properly filled with cleaining solution for storing over a long period of time. I did a flush of the ink lines with distilled water and cleaning solutions, but I think I am not doing something properly. I see there are cleaning cartridges, but how do they play a part in the process.. I have no manual in regards to cleaning cartridges.I do have maintenance DVD from DTG..but it misses some points for newbies. Can anyone help? And if i did a flush ..I'm lost to where does all the remaining water or solution gets flushed out??do i pull tubes out of solution and let air push the rest till its empty??I'm confused
