It is under warranty and has been cleaned at least twice daily. I don't want it back. I want my money back and I'll buy one that works. I am in the process of suing Equipment Zone.
I also purchased a DTG Kiosk from Equipment Zone a couple years ago. Never worked right, spent hours and hours on the phone with tech support. It was supposed to have been refurbished, but in reality never had. Same thing, they told me to send it back to them. Ended up buying a new print head, new capping station, new wiper blade, new ink system, encoder strip and refurbished it myself. Before purchasing, Harry would return calls within minutes. Once I received my machine and had problems, Harry refused to even get on the phone with me. Once before, I replied to another post and Dave from EZ called me back and he seemed like a genuine nice guy, so I figured I would keep them in the back of my mind. Couple weeks ago, I called to see about trading in my Kiosk and purchasing a new printer. Haven't heard a word back from them.

DTG is an iffy process at best. Don't burden yourself from the start with a machine where you can't buy a head anymore (you will need a new one every year). Think about leasing a Roland print cut machine and do transfers. You can print full color with a white background, and get a product that nails it every time. That on top of banners, caps, wrapped canvas, car wraps... I have 2 DTG HM-1 machines, as well as screen printing, would not trade my roland for a roomful of DTGs (just the thought of a room full of DTG machines makes me fell a bit queasy...)

Ya me too! I've been printing DTG for about 4-5 years now and just starting to get into transfers, but for all the different applications, I think I need a Digital Laser printer, Laser cutter for vinyl, and a print/cut. Doesn't seem to a single solution out there.

That room full of DTG machines also made me think of that scene from Aliens, when they enter that room full of embryonic egg things.....nightmares
