DTG Viper - DTG Rip PRO c5 error holding[error]
We have had issues with our DTG Viper before, but now it's spooling the files and will immediately show an error on the rip pro c5 software, but not the printer itself.
I've tried deleting all jobs, restarting both, and unplugging.
The rip pro c5 program is saying that it is "unable to retrieve printer status". All lines ARE plugged in.
Can anyone help with this? TIA!
