Need Afterhours DTG HM1 Kiosk Technical Help

Default Need Afterhours DTG HM1 Kiosk Technical Help

I just bought a HM1 Kiosk and it malfunctioned on me late last night when the movable base moved all the way up in the middle of printing by itself and it won't move back down. I desperately need technical help so I can make my deadline - does anyone know how I can get after hours technical help?

Alice,

There is a DTG forum that is specifically for DTG Digital owners. Not sure how to get into it as you have to register with your distributor. Maybe another DTG owner can point you in the right direction.

yes you are right Mark, you have to get an invitation number from your distributor or call mesa and ask for one. But there is some good info there. I would try to help but I have no idea why your printbed would move up like that. That is what you are saying right? that the print bed raised up? did you try powering down your machine and restarting it? I know this is a little late but I didnt see this till now lol

Make sure that the GAP sensor light is on in the front of the control panel. The GAP indicator should be green. If it is and it still goes up, then you may have a cut wire under the bed frame of the HM1. It will require splicing and soldering.
