Default Print alignment for DTG Kiosk

HELP! I just got a DTG Kiosk 2 and am trying to print a shirt. Actually 100 shirts. No matter what I do, the design starts printing on the top of the platten, even though on the screen it is set for centered, which shows it a few inches down from the opening on the platten frame. My class is next Friday, but I have this order I am trying to get done.....I am using Photoshop with the RipPRo software. What is the trick to getting the design to print where you want it?

Hi Gini,
I recall having a similar problem awhile back. The problem was that somehow the Paper Size / Margin was reset. Make sure that it's using the 13 x 22" setting.

Thanks, but that is not it. It is set to 13X22.
I tried a workaround by creating a tiny offwhite spot about 4" above the design and printing, and for some reason it printed the spot where I wanted the real design to start! Then I removed the spot and it printed the design starting on the platen again!

Just to double check, in Photoshop when you click print with preview, you have it set to 13x22 and then when you to the print settings for Rip Pro to set your layers and shirt colors, etc. You also have it set to 13x22? If they don't match up you will get strange behavior.
