Default New Inline Printing for DTG Viper - see it at SGIA

Stop by our booth at SGIA #2856 to see the DTG Viper printing inline - laying down white & color in down in the same pass. With inline printing all concerns with white layer/color layer alignment are gone and the color layer lays down on the white layer at exactly the right interval for consistent, on point direct to garment images every time.

Below is a link to a quick video we shot to give a bit of an idea of what the process is all about. Apologies for the poor video quality, we wanted to let folks see this before the show - we will be getting a better video up in the near future;

See you in Orlando!

Hi Jon,

Inline printing lays the white ink down before the color ink, One Pass Fast actually fires them at the same time - limiting the density of white that can be laid down, thus limiting the images that can be printed.

I just bought a new viper from you folk and will be putting ink in this weekend. is there some new software that I would need to print like this or is it something that will be in the rip program I received (ill be uploading that this weekend also)? I cant wait to get started. I didn't realize how much I needed to get before I started, pretreat box and fans, tables, little supplies. now that is almost all set ill add the ink this weekend and printing mayhem will begin!!!

I was hoping the image was going to be brighter, saw at show and it was cool but image was much duller than on screen, I understand than seeing on glass screen is different than on cotton shirt but other company was more accurate in image quality and accuracy to what season screen. Surprised it was still 5 minutes for 1 shirt that only 12 An hour not including loading an unloading so production is more like9-10. If you can increase vibrancy of image and more accurate print I can definitely see this going somewhere very good.

We are finalizing the software for release, it will be available as part of an upgrade to version C6 at that point for Viper users. I will post up here when we are ready to start shipping the upgrade.
