Hi Franck
Try it on a lower ink resolution and see if the problem goes away.

Have you checked the print head cable to see if it is corroded or if some ink got on it?

white needs to be 1440x720 max and maybe turn off the wave. Also check that encoder strip is clean and not bouncing around during printing

thanks , will try this, but the printer came with some platten organizer from DTG ( for print pro) one is called "all media quality " and the white is 1440x1440 this been always working really well so far , will try at lower resolution again , and yes, the encoder strip is clean, and not bouncing .

We had the same thing only it ran across the top of the platten. It happened twice once with the white ink and once with the black ink. The time with the white ink after changing the cables and the CR board it was the Main Board. We worked thru this with Coldesi the time with the black ink it was the CR board never was it the print cables we changed them as we'll. just food for thought.

Looks like its doing it in different areas each time, is this correct? Also did this happen after a print head change? Like right after?

No this did not happened right after a print head change
The Cr board+ cables been change in the beginning of the month, when i had another error " ERR077 H HEAT" . before that we already had the main board , joint board, head and ffc cables + 128mb of ram+ print head replaced
After 11 days of work , this new problem came up, but the machine is showing no error this time, and the print can be completed in perfect condition on the left platen (still doing the line on the right one )
ANd yes , its in a different places depending if i use white settings or black settings and the lines are a lot bigger if i print with white garment settings than if i print with black garment settings but still always in the same area .
Thanks
Franck

The only other thing that I can think could cause this problem (if all the encoder setup is ok), is the long head cables that follow the ink pipes down to the mainboard. If you carefully remove the screws that hold the head cables at the top left of the head carriage, and look to see if the ribbon cables are rubbing on the metalwork. This rubbing could cause the ribbon cable coating to wear, and the ribbon cable connections may be contacting the metalwork causing this problem. If you see this, it may work if you cover the ribbon cable with think insulation tape to stop the contact with the metalwork, otherwise replace the long cables

Thanks,
the thing is the long cables are 11 days old , and they already been replaced one time before that .
Now when i look they still perfectly new, no rubbing affect ( wich is normal because i have done less than 100 prints since we change them )
I should normally receive the visit of the DTG tech in some days and he is suppose to come with :
Main board
Boss board
All head cables
Head joint Board
Print Head.
Encoder strip ....
i hope with almost a new machine in his bag, he'll end up finding the source of the problem .

I just saw now that the long cable is bent very badely at his end,(it was replaced like this from french DTG tech), is this could be the reason of my problems?
Thanks

the problem you're having is a software issue. If you create a new queue,"white ink only", then reload and print the design in color only, so in essence, you will not be using an underbase, you won't have any more problems. It's a bit more work, but worth it not to ruin any more shirts.
