how long have you got the printer running?
what alignement problem do you have excactly, this mus be quiet easy to fix normally , and do you mean the transparent parts with the one pass mode?
and what not working with choke , can you explain in details ?
add me on skype if you are using it, my skype is: nomad-wear , always here to help if you need anything .

no, when i use one pas i don't have a problem. I've a problem in 720 with 2 separate pass. For example If i put 5px of choke, the white ink start 5px up, then the image is not alligned. or if i've an image with a graphic, down a space with nothing and another graphic, the second part of graphic is not alligned. try to see your tshirt 123-t-shirt-lingouf. if i try to print in 720, only the first flower are alligned white - color. i think is a bug of this program.

i dont hink there is any bug in the program as it works well in my place( actually there is but not for alignement ), i'll check the version tomorrow but there wasnt any updates yet, i heard that one is in preparation .
which side is the missalignment , did you checked well the offset value?
do you have a picture of the missaligned prints, if you want to send a design to me i can run a test and see whats coming out .
Is the alignement correct on the printer ?
Are both of your platens properly leveled?
I had some similar problems recently but we got them fixed by redoing all alignement and levelling plattens, and finding the proper offset .
i hope soon the one pass fast will be working on all designs, then there will not be miss alignment ever and printing life will be more easy,
Franck

sorry for my absence, too much work
this is the example of the problem, to the left a good print (color 360x720), on the right the same print (color 720x720). white is always 720x720, print mode (Dark background color setting)

I gave up with 1 pass a long time ago (using kothari supplied by seller), nearly sent it back until the engineer gave some tips - for 2 pass. much better but double the time. default settings were rubbish at 720x720 so had to ramp it up.
you seemed to have decent results there but i bet the original image was far more colourful than the printed final?
awful reds and lack luster blues i get at 1 pass. reds are pink! blues are just faded!
