Default Kiosk Cleaning Fluid/ Head Replacement

What is the aproved Cleaning Fluid for flushing out the machine to avoid clogging of the print head. If you do clog the head where do you purchase a new one?
Should you stock a spare print head? With all the head clogging posts I just wonder what is the best approch.
What is the shelf life of the colored & white inks.
Does the lot # tell you the age. People have posted about problems with Ink sticking problems, what lot# were they?? Being new to this, any new information would be appreciated.

Hi Matt,

The cleaning solution we (SWF East) sell is designed to break down the ink (esp. deposits of ink). I would use it to break down any buildup and use warm distilled water to flush with.

In regards to the lot#'s - we haven't had any bad lots of ink here at SWF East - knock on wood.

Happy Printing!
