Default Corel X3 To Viper Coordinates Wrong

We have a new DTG Viper and are using Corel X3 as the layout program to print from. Our main template is 29 by 16.50. Something is off on the 29"..The prints are coming out around an inch off center. So, we have to move our center lines on screen to accomdate. It simply needs to be correct though, and I am looking for solutions. Thanks
