Unhappy Here are the results I get after the press

Hi everybody
Here are the results I get after I pass my T-shirt to the press,i have a very good result after the print whit my K3, but when I pass the shirt on the press I get this result, and there is underbase that appears.

method of press:

60scd hover (I tried with 30 and without even hover results)
Scd 90 with a pressure light 2
temperature 170 C °

I can not solve the problem, thank you for helping me

Try a double pass of black without the white underbase..

30 seconds hover (no paper)

Full Pressure > 40 seconds (parchment paper, release paper)

remove paper to let out steam

Full Pressure > another 40 seconds (parchment paper)

Looks like banding issues. Have you done head cleans and nozzle checks. Also check the height of your table to make sure correct.

t happens after the press, and i get this result when i press my t-shirt but when my t-shirt out of the printer it is well.

Are you using new kraft or parchment paper when you press. How hard is your press going down.

with Teflon paper this one Heat Press Accessories | Stahls' ID

Do you use parchment paper for curing ink? Teflon to cure pretreat?

What is color code for black CMYK or RGB ?

When printing only black on colors it is good to set environment to white media, cheaper and better.
When printing different images with black on colors it is good to set the file twice - first as a black media>rip>print selection deselect color data, then set it as white media or color media and deselect white underbase (color media only) Print white underbase set on black and then color layer set on white/color.
Far better results and cheaper.

no paper to cure ink??

CMYK or RGB or your color codes in your artwork software what do you use?? Adobe or Corel, Photoshop
