Default Tubing

Had a quick question for those of you that have Kiosks or are using the bottled system. Where can I purchase new ink lines? I figured instead of trying to flush my lines out I could just by new ones.

Why do you need to flush your system?? The only reasoning for flushing your system:

-Not printing for a long extended amount of time
(You have WIMS and it was mentioned that you can let it sit for 7 days without problems- PM Erich DTG Digital)
I can't back up that statement because I don't have WIMS

-You are changing out ink brands- some ink brands do not like each other so before changing them out it is advised to flush out your system

But if you have are you using the same ink day in and day out, which I am sure you are because you are still under warranty. There is no need to flush out your system.

If you insist on flushing your system, the tubing is Tygon Tubing there are numerous threads here in the forum

Tygon® Laboratory Tubing R-3603 | U.S. Plastic Corp.
Tygon® Laboratory Tubing R-3603 | U.S. Plastic Corp.

The original tubing that comes on the Kiosk is 1/16

Honestly, in a year it would be best to replace the tubing and your ink harness so when your warranty is up this I do suggest.

But flushing and replacing now.. NO

I just thought flushing out the system is something that eventially needed to be done.

The only reason we flushed was because we switched to bags. But before that I tried 4 different ink brands and never flushed.

Eventually, when your warranty is up..
