Default Parts needed for ink system - Epson p600

What parts should I get for setting up the ink system on an Epson p600 ?

I lean towards using refillable cartridges and bags but I don't know where to find good ones. I will also need tubes and syringes, do you have any advice?

Thank you so much, iy would be so helpful!
