Default ink migration or bad capping /pump?

It seams like getting black into red and yellow channels.. ink ciss tubes shows all good colors, colors, problem got to be print head or capping pump. After printing about 10 pages of
magenta and some yellow it gets good, if the printer not used for an hr. or so it getting not so good again.. just cleaned print head cpl. days ago and head was not clogged was getting good jet streams as pushing liquid through it.. I am thinking maybe the capping pump assy gone bad..

I was having something similar, I was filling the cap station with cleaner solution after work to avoid clogging head, but I think I was over filling it and was getting into the printhead causing on red channel a mix, I detected because the line didn't show the red color correctly it was a little more dark, so I had to purge the red channel on my CISS, these days I will make tests filling the cap station but just enough to get it wet and not like a pool!

This one is kinda cool on a DIY setup with Epson.

Usually the waste ink bottle is flexible.

So what I do is this:

* Unscrew the cap with the hose...
* Squeeze air out of the bottle and hold it...
* Replace cap and hose so it now has a vacuum in the bottle.

This will suck out the extra ink or cleaning solution and resolve the situation.
