Exclamation After head replacement I got endless cleaning head loop, please help!

I had a DIY DTG Epson R1900 tshirt printer.
After a Head replacement from another similar printer, now when I power on, automatically the printer make continuous head cleaning endless.

The story is that after 1 month of few jobs, I got a very bad clog.
So I cleaned the head with a lot of ammonia, but I got a corrosion on flat cable and printhead connectors and the printer stop to work and all 8 cartriges leds was always on. So I replaced the head and the cable from another good used printer. but now I have this endless loop cleaning head problem.
On the first head I can read on a White label "D4R" and on the replacement head I read "D4F". What is it?

It make me crazy, How I can to solve it?
