Default Stepper motor problem?

Hello, as I finally launched my DTG there is a problem. When printing it seems that stepper motor somehow spining very hard and printjobs are very blured. When I take of belt it looks like stepper works fine.. What's the problem? Also when I am sending bed to the endfor printing I have to push bed, because it's stuck. After a bit of pressure it goes nice. What's wrong? maybe stepper? Maybe stepper driver??? Maybe printer sensor?

this could have many reasons, you need to give us more details.

edit: is that a kit or did you make it yourself?

What kind of details you need to know? I don't realy know It was with this table when I bought it. It worked good at first, but after few months of not using it got these problems. It's GB DTG base as I know.

ok that is useful information. does the seller offer any kind of support? did you try to contact him yet?

as i'm a noob with this stuff myself, i sadly don't recognize the microcontroller. maybe john has some more insight.
check if the linear guide system isnt stalling somehow. remove the belt from the stepper pulley and move the bed around to see if its moving freely.
when a stepper acts up it can be falsely wired, broken or not have enough power. did you change something in the hardware (like turning a current limiter knob)? did you switch the power supply?

Problem solved! After talking with local electrical things guy he told me that I should experiment with those little switchers(to make better signal) and after pushing third swith down it helped. Thanks for interest!
