Hi! We are planning next year to add dtg systems to our shop. I'm planning on experimenting with this homemade dtg printer as my stepping stone before buying a brand new one. Can I use this for printing on jackets?

Can I use an epson 3000 for a dtg or is it better used for sublimation?

Since this is a resource thread, I need some information about one resource in particular. I need to know what people are using as a non skid surface /tape that rides on the drive rod in a friction drive machine. The only thing I could ffind at LOWES looked like sandpaper. 2Wouldn't that eat away at the stuff on the drive rod that is what makes it not be slick as glass? I that sand paper looking tape what anyone uses? Need to know because everything is tore down and I need to get this thing goins asap as my printer has been in pieces for a few days already and I need to be able to get it together as soon as I can get time from caring for the ol lady

Starting instructions for tear down of the R1900 https://www.t-shirtforums.com/diy-dtg...tml#post881460

I am down to disabling the door sensors now.

Also case off HD videos of normal operation of print and boot up from all sides starting here. https://www.t-shirtforums.com/diy-dtg...tml#post881340

Seems that I saw a post where somebody posted the website of an authorized Epson repair guy who would sell your replacement heads, parts ect... Can anyone point me to this sight?
