I was 5 years ago dealt with h2o getting out of the water.
In the water I added even bicarbonate and accelerated electrolysis.
From two containers with consumption 12V 20A I gained 2l pure hydrogen.
To start, I used an old lawnmower 50ccm. And it worked 100% hydrogen.
Air ratio of hydrogen is 16: 1
For a vehicle with a gasoline engine,
I stopped because I could not produce as much hydrogen as you would need a car.
Would need at least 300A power supply with a strong pulse voltage encouraging.
Direct production of hydrogen to drive a car.
It is not impossible but almost impossible.

what was your reactor configuration ? in term of metal type, how many plates? did you use in your design silkscreen mesh ? 300 A per how many cells ? was your design contain PWM? do you know high amps can cause water vapor rather than produce HHO? if your design doesn't contain silkscreen mesh then you probably produce HHO. what was your PWM circuit specification?

I can help you put the pieces together again

I used stainless steel pipe fi 50mm and other is fi 46mm. Long about 400mm.
Current consumption of around 12A. Produces 0,5 liter of pure hydrogen in the 60s.
I tied the two series and had a 20A and produces 1l in 60s. For the 1600cc engine at
1000rpm you need about 25l of pure hydrogen. For 3000rpm need 75l pure hydrogen.

1l - 20A/12V
10l - 200A/12V
100l - 1500A /12V

1500A - Unfortunately this is not possible, at present, not yet. if you have a very well-made pulzer
with higher voltage and power up to 50A and can 100l of producing pure hydrogen for time 60s, then let me know.
I do not have time to deal with this.

I'll send you the code when you make a car on hydrogen. Functioning system for the conversion of 100l of pure hydrogen. Good luck.

I bought the TB6560 3A driver board off ebay to play with. Seeing they are so cheap compared to the ones I bought for my cnc. My first task was to replace the heatsink.

The heatsink is an old pc cpu heatsink and I can add a fan if I want to.

Pure hydrogen 100 liters per minute. Must create a power supply with frequency modulation to
convert from 12VDC to 120V there will be a lot of work. Then everything installed in the vehicle.

My C++ is not that good and the arduino as is will not work. The IDE uses too much cycles for port instructions and also use a large amount of memory for the bootloader.

You would have to instruct the microcontroller directly with C++ instructions and maybe create a smaller bootloader.

But I am learning C++ and maybe in about six months can try something.

Here is a nice explanation and code of how to read a rotary encoder (quadrature) without missing pulses:

Makeatronics: Efficiently Reading Quadrature With Interrupts

here is another useful link:

Quadrature Encoder too Fast for Arduino (with Solution) » Dr. Rainer Hessmer

and here is a C++ code to read from quadrature encoder using arduino software:

https://github.com/medecau/QuadEncoder

look up for quadEncoder.cpp and quadEncoder.h
mdrincic likes this.

Project is completed, everything works as it should.
Arduino program works perfectly, no faults are detected.
Now continue with the production of UV printers.
