just so prices DTG's be fairer because there will always be a cheaper alternative

not everyone wants to sell their designs only in my case it would be for their own use, there are already thousands of free codes circulating around in other projects, because there can be no free codes DTG automation?

so I had the codes in hand I will post for everyone here ...

You seem to be missing the point. It takes more than just the code to make this work. The code, printer, pulley and motor have to be assembled in a way to replicate what was original intended. And all printers are not the same even with the same basic mechanical design they are different.
There are so many different ways to do this that there is no one right way. That is why each builder design is so unique.

The Spectra 3000 Build in America with the input from the Guru in DIY-DTG which is german13.
But This in not a cheaper alternative because it is very good[B] it is a less expensive alternative

the code can be modified as needed, would not say noobs would tinker with programming, more would be possible to interested in C ++ programming, I am with the design TDOZER built and making some modifications to automate it using the dynamic engine of epson in briefly I'll post here

already prar pulleys and gears already have enough information here:

Shaft: 8mm
step by 25.4mm rotation
distance between the teeth of the pulley: 2mm
Strap: 2mm / 9mm

Now I see why you gave up your day job. LOL

Just had a look at the videos and the saying is true "great minds think alike".
The white is printed on the first pass and the color on the return.

Generating UV printer with belt system. I finished it sometime in November.
Set belt system will be cheaper than that of the UFO.

I will not sell just the base plate with the Arduino program because they do not appreciate my effort.
But I will sell the kit with everything you need, pulleys, belts, stepper motor with Drivers
Arduino board with all connectors and Control switches.
And will be cheaper than 500USD.
If anyone is interested to send me a personal message.
Kit I posted sometime in November when I finish a project. That's all for now. Bye, bye...

the logic board of the printer can move two dynamic engines of the printer itself to one encoder and one for paper feed as shown?

that way I could resolve startup issues any printereixo duplo.jpg

I also produced such projek but not the best. Need two dc motor two encoder, 4 switch for encoder. I say to move the larger tables compulsory need a more powerful stepper or AC servo motor.Just so it works as it should.

1 - a base linear unit used in DC motor, could let me know the step you used?

2 - the shaft is 8mm?

fusor.jpg

3 - which the step pulley and how many teeth does she have?

4 - I could use a lighter material

sorry so many questions over their projects Miki impresses me

What you're doing need exact precision and leave no room for tolerance or adjustment. Even a single degree off will cause problems. The reason why using the printer encoder directly only work for friction drive.

I guess that it could also work with a screw drive of 25mm pitch because the drive schaft of the printer is 8mm and at one revolution the table advances 8x3.1416=25.13mm.
This little variation could be compensated by the Rip.
As I sayd: I Guess

as quickflicks friend said I could use a screw drive with steps of 25mm pulley step 3mm

could use an 8mm shaft with machined ends and fit the drive encoder as it did without problems miki
