Congratulations Romaxa11, I just have one question to ask, as you manage to make the pump work for head cleaning and ink charging, you could show a picture of your design on that part?

The original size of the PF encoder is enough for building DTG printer. But be very attention with it

Great job sir! This is the most elegantly made DIY DTG here.I've seen here.

Sir, May I share that mine is manual cleaning .what i did was i cut the hose of the pump and connected a syringe on the other end when the cartridge is at rest i can pull the syringe to create a vacuum thus cleaning the head. The syringe must be connected to the capping station not on the pumping assembly.

hello, thanks for sharing. can you say every few impressions makes cleaning manual, or how often it is necessary to clean the head manually. need to do it daily, or every number of prints, or when no longer print cartridge and print fades?

Hi guy i have seen your all work on T13 DTG and i try to build it myself based on your work and i got a problem at printing result. i found that the reason is the wire in the picture below

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/805/wire.png/http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/805/wire.png/
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/805/wire.png/http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/805/wire.png/

for my t13 i attach the wire from motherboard to the metal piece which use for the motor part as the pic below
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/145/dsc0031tx.jpg/http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/145/dsc0031tx.jpg/
ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

it look like the printing unit acting weird the symptom is different depend on how i try to attach the wire to the motor's surface or to the metal piece.
the pic below is my printing result

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/715/dsc0032mc.jpg/
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/715/dsc0032mc.jpg/http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/715/dsc0032mc.jpg/

I really have no clue how to solve this problem and i try many way sometimes the result is good but it will stop after
the cartridge move 4 round but the driver in my pc show it complete although the printing result is not complete yet.

could you tell me which part did you attach the other end of this wire to. thx for advice and all above pic in upper reply that motivate me to build my own dtg

you can do it once before you print and that's it.The vacuum created by the syringe is a lot more powerful than the pumping motor of the printer.
