Good luck with that. We tried that with a city-wide event and our shop was right in the middle of the event and we couldn't keep up. You need to have someone dedicated to sales, one printing and one getting everything else done.
If you are doing DTG then you need a reliable power source for the machine, the heat press, the pre treat and computer and if you are doing custom orders a scanner possibly.
On top of all of that, heat, humidity, wind all play into the prints turning out good.
time is the question along with power supply. How long do you have to garner enough sales and produce the product to pay the cost of attending. We have been doing mobile screen printing at car shows for over 30 years and I'm not sure at some of the events we could keep up if we had a DTG or sell enough to justify a 3 hour drive, gas and hotel expense. Granted we only offer the event print where the DTG you could do more personalized work
