Exclamation Urgent heip - epson style pro 4880c printing seetings

I have an A2 EPSON STYLE PRO 4880C printer. Ultrachrome k3. Driver installed, Acrorip installed (configured to the best ability from manual).

Issue: When i send a design to the printer, it prints on the edge or on one side. I have looked at all settings and reinstall drivers and rip, but it kept doing the same thing regardless of the setting / changes i made.

I'm in a die need to configure the printer. Any help or solution would be well appreciated.
