Default Removing ink spots

Switched plattens on my DTG and forgot to adjust it down and now I have a light spot on one of my shirts (white of course) and I'm wondering if any one has tips on removing it.

It's very light, just from where the print head touched it on a couple of passes. It's right on the surface and I've even gotten it to lighten a bit with a pencil eraser.

Any tips out there??

Thanks!
Dave....

Hi Dave

We have used a solution used for cleaning textile inks of screens. We dilute it 50/50 with water and apply it with a cotton bud. This must be done before heatsetting the print

Cheers

Use textile ink remover when possible, but if you're in a crunch, try using a little (LITTLE) bit of lighter fluid and rub it with a towel. Shirt may discolor if not applied correctly.

We have had occasional success with the Tide sticks, and screen print spot removal guns.
