Hi, after I pre-treat and heat press. I am getting boxing effect in t-shirts. I am using cotton t-shirts. How can I avoid this ? Do I need to pre-treat & heat press a day before ?

What kind of box? Brown/yellowing? Something like salt on the shirt? Or a darker shade than the rest of the shirt?
