We bought the same printer and have issues upon issues with it because there is no support what so ever. I have learned so much in this past week and I am becoming very self taught with this machine. I can try and help you the best that I can but am no expert at all. Let me know if you still are having issues!

Have you figured anything out as of today with the DTG purchased from Iehk.com, I was thinking about buying one and very scared
