Question HM1-C vs Neoflex

Hi, I'm interested to buy a DTG printer, and I have 2 offers in Spain, with a similar price: HM1-C and Neoflex (maybe I'll the first owner in spain with a new dealer, and seems I have a special offer)

I know there are very different machines, but there are the only two offers I like for the moment.

The technical support of HM1 is only at 5 km from my bussines, neoflex 350Km. This could be important.

any suggestion? Thanks!

if you are new to this business then you will require support while your are learning this technology.

My suggestion is to go with the dealer that is closest to you.

If nothing else, getting ink supplies will be fast and cheap too

good luck with your decision

Finally, the difference between HM1-c and Neoflex, is neoflex 3500€ (5000 usd) cheaper than HM1-c.

I trust in dtg technical system in spain, is close my bussines and they have a big experience with this machine. Include 2 training days, and warranty for 1 year, including head! I like the wims system, but the print area is limited.

But I think neoflex is a newest machine, and maybe better. The problem is that is the first time the dealer sells this machine, and the price not include any training. I don't know if autocleaning system is a real alternative to wins, but 3500€ less is an important difference for me

any opinion more, please?
I need to make a decision in few days

personally i would pay more, get the training and support as well as the warranty.

this way you can focus on printing and making money. Without the training and support it will take months before you are confident enough to start selling printed goods.

Thanks again erich.

Neoflex have 1 year warraty too, but not for the head, and if I have any serious problem, the travelling expenses are not included.

Maybe the training and this can justify the price difference

Are you an employee of or affiliated with DTG?
