Default Material used for pro soccer jerseys

I have noticed that the material used by Sporting ID and other licensed suppliers for international leagues and brands (Premier league, Adidas, Nike, etc) use a very thin material that does not appear to be vinyl. The finish is matte and extremely HD.

Does anyone know what the material is and where to buy it? Is there a similar Cad-Color material?

I am currently using regular printable vinyl on a Roland VersaCamm but I am not very happy with the results. My designs come out glossy and if you look closely you can see lines left by the printer head.
