Default My first Cad-Color Express Print [pic inside]

Well my first experience with Express Print was very good.
Printed on a Roland SP-540i and I used the medium tack mask.
The mask worked so well I used it on 5 shirts and probably would have done many more.

Well, while they both look close, I prefer the 4 color easy weed. On this one the border is too much. Is there a way to tighten it in some? The other one just looked cleaner - though I'm sure it was an absolute pain to do. How will the printed one hold up in the washer? What is the difference in hand (feel) between the two types of designs?

Well I did a couple more t-shirts and both had small text in them and the weeding was terrible.
This stuff just isn't sticky enough to keep the letters from lifting.
I am spoiled after using Easyweed.

Guess I will be looking for another brand if this is normal for express print.

Dennis - try masking it before weeding and weeding from the back when you are working with small lettering or objects. It will make it just like weeding Eco film.

Hi Steve,

So this must be typical of these materials.

Now that you mention doing it this way I see how it would be easier. I will definably try it out.
Thanks,
Dennis
