Default Problems with Cad-Color Classic

recently did some polyester baseball jerseys with cad color classic ordered from Stahls. The logo I printed was black and white. I just had a customer bring in a jersey and the black was faded really bad. She told me she washed it with Wisk detergent and hang dried it. When I printed these, I usually press the logo on the shirt for a few seconds, peel the mask off and then seal it for 10-15 seconds with a thick telflon sheet.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this is happening? I have had similiar problems with Colorprint 2 which is glossy like the Classic. Also, I was just looking at Stahls website and they don't have Classic on there anymore. What is up with that?
-thanks

What type of printer/ink did you use?

We chose to discontinue Classic and only offer Express Print. Express Print is a polyurethane based product as opposed to PVC. It is also softer and a more matte finish which is usually preferred.
