Default Solutions Vintage Puff

Has anyone tried the Solutions Vintage Puff on a t-shirt? I've tried a few times, and it does not puff at all! I'm beginning to think I received the wrong product, but if anyone else has experience with this product, I would appreciate hearing about it.

I have used it with out any problems puffing. I wish the colors would be a bit brighter.

Thanks Steven, tried that, and still not even a bit raised. Once pressed, does the puff have a sheen to it? I should also mention that this is not printed. I was just trying the embossed effect as shown on a youtube video.
