Default CAD Colors rumpled after washing

Hello,

I have a SP 300i and I print on CAD Color Solutions Opaque (PU). All is good, but I have a problem after washing shirts (40°), the transfer seems to be rumpled (like orange peel).

Do you know how to avoid the rumpled effect please ? I respect manufacturer's recommendations, I don't understand.

Thanks .

We use the same material and have had good luck with washing garments inside out on low dryer settings, and removing the garment immediately from the dryer.

Hello logon511girl,

Thanks for your answer, sorry but I'm not sure to understand, what you call dryer ? Is the dryer about Roland SP 300 or a real dryer to dry the garment or temperature about washing machine ?

I don't know if you have seen it, but we have some white marks appear after 2 ou 3 washing, do you know how to correct it ?

Thanks a lot

Additionally, this can be caused by the cotton shrinking. When the Cotton shrinks, the Opaque cannot shrink with it since it is a film, so it wrinkles.

Best advice is to use pre shrunk Cotton.

We use only 50/50 with cad cut materials simply because of your problem.
