Default Brother DTG GT-3 W-1 clicking/popping sound

My Brother DTG GT-3 series is making a clicking/popping sound and will not print from W-1. I have looked and cannot seem to find a loose tube and there does not seem to be a clog anywhere. The sound mainly happens when I try to do a tube cleaning or head clean but no ink prints out of this head either.

This can be potentially very bad. Pop out the print head and make sure you did not pop the plastic bladder on the print head unfortunately if you did there is no fix and you will need a new print head. If it looks good your problem maybe in your capping station where the small tube connects to the bottom of the cap. Basically you may not be pulling ink to that print head. If that is the case just reattach it and you should be good. In my experience if you hear abnormal sounds chances are it is one of those two things.
