Default White Printhead Out is there a way to override?

Our white printhead is out on our GTX and the machine is eating up white ink. Is there a way to take out the white ink carts and still get the machine to print?

Eclectictaste, once white ink has been introduced into a GTX, the printer will not be able to have white removed without affecting the ink delivery system, maintenance station and or print head life. To help you with your maintenance costs, you can review steps to maximize your GTX on our website, http://brotherdtg.com/maximizeyourGTX. To set your white circulation schedule you can follow steps on our help document, https://help.brother-usa.com/app/ans...il/a_id/160152. If you’re located within North America and still require additional technical assistance, please fill out a support ticket, BrotherDTG.com/support or contact your original dealer if outside these areas.

We have had our white print head out for 3 months and our original sales rep still has not rectified the situation. The printer is insured and we have called and called and can barely get in contact with him. Please help!

We've just been printing light shirts with the CMYK and there's been white ink in it the whole time. We got a new suction cup as advised and more cleaning fluid. Trying to figure out what to do next.
