Default yellow nozzle check is missing a big part

hi all,

wanted to see if anyone has encountered this and if there are any solutions.. we are running a brother gt-361

we have been encountering problems with yellow... a big part of yellow is missing from nozzle check cmky... sorry new to this so i don't know how to attach pictures but

normal nozzle check: OOOOOO (all filled)
our yellow check: __OOOO (square portion of yellow is missing in the beginning)

what is weird is that we also did a head check and yellow is all there

how this is affecting printing: it doesn't seem like its affecting prints on white shirts (no white ink in being used) but when printing on dark shirts with white ink, yellows and greens in the design is inconsistent...
we ran a job yesterday thinking the print was all good, until towards the end when yellow seems to kick in and the print was more vibrant and colors look correct...

what we have tried so far:
update firmware
reset FFC cable (cable from head to board)
powerful cleaning
initial cleaning on yellow (fill lines)

we already contacted tech support via phone call and email... still haven't heard a word from them yet

we are desperate for any advice... we have many deadlines and production cannot stop

any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you all!

This is a discussion about yellow nozzle check is missing a big part that was posted in the Brother section of the forums.
