Default Colors not printing vividly

Help! New to Mod 1. We finally got this thing printing but the colors are not bright. What can be wrong? So frustrated right now!

There are several things that contribute to a great print. We would need a lot more info to get to the root of your problem. List the following info:

Shirt type
Shirt color
Ink set
Amount of pretreat
What RIP
RIP settings
Artwork file type, resolution
Is the art good to begin with?
BelQuette Mod1 Direct to Garment Printer
