Default Flexijet Printing Problem

I have some problem on my Flexijet with POWERRIP for flexijet.
If i print a line on a shirt, it is printed with some pattern(it looks like test pattern).
I tested the same image to another printer.
There was no problem.
I tested the nozzle pattern.
It printed perfectly.
I didn't saw this error before.
I printed 28 shirts with same image without the problem.
The pattern showed when I printed the 29th shirt.
Please help.
How can I attach the error image ?
