Default Flexi users opinion

Was curious on the users of the Fexijet / Flexijet L how they like their machines? i noticed there is not a whole lot of problems / feedback with the units here. Is it because they have not sold alot of machines in the past?? or are they just a good machine that there is not alot of problems with them??

Flexijet has lots of stories behind expecially to me. Many original forumers know the stories. Ask Dan Salgado, Justin Walker, Jerid ---. I sold hundreds units. After my unwilling depart from Flexijet I do not know what happened with it. Many months ago people said BQ will come back with Flexijet which is wide format (17"wide). Belquett even displayed Flexijet at show. Never heard anything after that. I think Dan S is the best person to contact to know about Flexijet.

I have 5 flexijet and 2 total broken one on my floor. Mostly not working condition. I could not get service from belqutte because I am no longer BQ dealer last 3 years. If you need one and could get service from BQ or Dan contact me.

I guess i need the low down on the flexi jet L .. there is one for sale locally and i seen it work. It appears to work well. I guess i need the comfort of the users that have used them long term. This one i am talking about he has had it since 2007 and has had no problems. ( but he has not used white yet either)

I guess if i am going to spend the money, i just need a bit of feed back ..

So in your opinions was this a good machine, or a flop like the T-Jet 3 ??

And that is the issue. All of the machines run very well with just cmyk inks. It is the white ink that is the root of all evil.

The flexi is a good unit. I would check and see if it has had the upgrades to the firmware/boards, and check with Dan to see what he has to offer as well.

I had an L and liked it for the most part.

The Flexi-L model still has the largest print area to date (17" x 53'').
There has been a few upgrades in firmware with enhanced features that are free to any Flexi-Jet user.

Please give us a call and we will get you any information we have on that particular machine.

Are you trying to say that only dealers get support for their machines, and not end users?

Please clarify.

It is great news to all Flexijet owners. I am extremely happy you stand by Flexijet. I hope you announced earlier. I love FREE word. We all love free!!!
Did you send out email to all? If not I am more than happy to do it for you. I have been feel sorry to Flexi users because I feel I didn't do my job well to them. I have so many parts available to 4800 Epson too. I will donate to you to service Flexijet owners better.
I hope you solved all!!!! Thank you BQ. What is going on with my 9 printers you did not return for 3 years? When will you settle? Anyway I enjoy to read good news.

Static issue solved?
Middle of Table 1/4-1/2 inch down bent is straight now?
Off registration was RIP or Your hardware?
Servo error? (I think you should exchange with more powerful motor or add linear bearing to reduce resistance, I maybe wrong but it works on mine) I hope you solved all!!!! Thank you BQ. Peter,

I know you have a history with BQ, however this is not the purpose of the thread. There are issues i am sure with the machines as there are with most new peices of equipment, however i feel that you got to move on and concentrate on your machine. Customers will come if it proves it self over time and you keep the service and quality you preach. Calling down another product over and over on every thread is not good business. From reading the forum, you have stated your case between you and flexi. Just give it a rest. First rule of business is not to call down competition but to concentrate on promoting your own products. I think in the long run you will move ahead with your products if you put your efforts in them. ( just my thoughts, not sure what others think. But this is my thread and i had to say something here)
