Thanks for the fast reply!
The parts are new and I bought them directly from the manufactor of the printer (Fukutomi).
I have the machine for over 2 years now, this is the 2nd MB and the 3rd Print head + cables, I had a lot of issues that are very well known in the DTG comunity but I always was able to resolve them with the help of the manufacture and or some local Epson techs, but this time everyone is really having a hard time to find the cause.
My best guess right now goes to the flat connector in the back of the print head case, maybe it has some connector burned and the sensors canīt tell.

Any suggestions are most welcomed!

Wow, you even have the manufacturer stumped? I'm assuming you have the DG Jet. Which do you have? The 300, 600, or the 1200?

What has Fukutomi's Technical Support Department said about the situation?

Nothing yet...3 days passed since I wrote them, and if I know them, it will take a lot of e-mails and about a month for them to reply asking what message is in the status monitor.

One curious behavior is that everyday I switch on the machine a do a cleaning cycle, and when I switch it off, she makes another cleaning cycle.

Unhappy Re: Acts like it's Printing - but no Ink

That the printer is operational, everything is working like it should, except no ink is coming out of the print head.
