Default Emulsions for thick stencils (300-400 micron) - Australia

Hello, hoping someone can recommend a supplier of emulsion for making thick stencils - 300 to 400 microns on 32T mesh.

My usual suppliers stock Kiwo/Ulano, but they don't bring the Kiwo Polycol Thick-Coat into Australia

Other potential alternatives include Murakami Aquasol HS, Saati PHW, Fotecoat 1835 (or 1837, or 1839).

Hoping anyone can help!

Don't care where supplier is, as long as they can ship it to me.

Have you considered using capillary film? It's a great way to build a stencil Lots of "how to" information online. Speaking from 45+ years of industry experience...Good Luck!

Thanks gulfsidebill, appreciated!

I did buy some Ulano 400 micron capillary films, but a couple of drawbacks mostly related to me:
- More expensive than emulsion, about $50/sheet for 500 x 700 frame
- 3 month shelf life
- Difficult to tweak emulsion thickness down a little bit
- I muffed up my first experiments, forgetting to take the film off the bottom and then off the top
- And then I got busy and now they're quite old, so never got one to work.

After posting the original, I had one last attempt at finding alternative brands like Saati, and managed to put something slightly different into google, finding GJS stocks the Foteco 1835.

And, in a major stroke of luck they were having a sale so instead of $100/litre it was $20...... so I bought all 3.

2 year shelf life, can tweak emulsion thickness and get 3 to 4 screens per litre.
