Default Help my Eps. file that used to work is now Jagged

Hi,
I am having a dilemma. A few years ago I cut some stickers for a customer and they were perfect. I had a large size and a small size. I kept the files and the same people have now put in a new order. Now when I open the same files they have got jagged edges, they were perfectly smooth before. I haven't changed anything. I asked them to resend the vector file and its the same. I don't know what to do? I know this can happen with a bad vector or converted file but this same file was fine before. I would love any input, PLEASE HELP. I don't want to disappoint them with a **** product but I am running out of ideas and time. I also have no real clue how to use corel or Illustrator so can't fix it....Thanks for taking the time to read this. Katrina.

What program are you using to work with the file? Is this a print/cut decal or die cut decal? Are the jagged edges only on the screen or the physical product? If just on the screen, can you send a screen shot?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I am using a program called Flexistarter which is a program that came with my (cheap) machine. Its for die cut decals. It is on the screen and its cutting the jagged lines. I am using the same file, same machine and same program as I did previously. Also, its not affecting my other files. They are all coming out perfect.

Right before sending this reply, I opened the file in Illustrator and saved it and then took it over to the program, instead of opening it directly and miraculously the problem is fixed. Thanks for replying and making me think harder. Hopefully it will all cut well now.

Glad it worked out because I'm not familiar with your software.
