What print method are you using Dolly? I'm assuming DTG or some sort of inkjet?

If encoder strip is new, how clean is the sensor that reads the encoder strip? Lines always in the same place?

We have found out it is the ribbon cable that connect to the printhead if I put a sponge under them where they come out from the back of the printer it prints perfectly for about ten shirts then I have to wiggle them a bit and it goes again it needs new cables I think or cleaning it is a DTG viper never ending trouble the lines move up and down when I move the sponge so we have to do nozzle checks until we get it right then print at the moment
