Default Screen Printing Method( Emulsion, Exposure Unit, Exposure time, Positives, etc...)

Gud pm mga masters..gawa lang ako ng new thread, i dont if if this is the exact title..correct me if mali pod ang title ko..

share ko lang ko ang nagawa ko sa mahaba habang praktis..
salamat sa mga masters na nag share ng mga tips nila..

Emulsion Brand= Aquasol ER
Positive= tracing paper printed on hp deskjet printed
exposure unit= 300 watts halogen
lamp height= 18 inches
exposure time= 5 minutes
handspay...

ito lang muna pinraktis ko kasi simple lang..hehehe..

hi chris new din ako dito.mas ok siguro ang 500watts,ask ko lng why handspray? diba mas mura ang water-based ink.thanks ha.good job po!

May 500 watts din ako praktis pa kasi..may blue lights din..hehehe..tnry ko handspay kasi pwde naman daw sabi ng mga Masters..puro water based ink lang gamit ko..di ko pa kasi alam ano yong ibang ink..

Sir dySIGNS09 hindi pa ako nakapagtry ng ganon..may fixer UR ako nun di ko alam kung para san ba yon,,ayon tumigas..hehehe..Extender and Ordinary Ink lang ang na mix ko..ehehehehe

ung fixer, para kumapit nang maganda ung ink sa shirt. anong extender sir? saka anong brand ang gamit mong ink?

Tulco lang gamit ko sir..yon lang kasi available dito sa amin..Yong Extender ng tulco panghalo ng ordinary ink..

yong extender sir pag gusto mo ang result ng ink is color na light- blue, yong blue color na ink pag hinaloan mo ng extender ang lalabas is light blue..yon ang sabi sa akin ng saleslady tinry ko yong light blue ang lumabas..nun akala ko young extender is standalone ink hindi pala..panghalo pala..ang na observed its like may White na pintura ka hinaloan mo ng tinting color..

Ordinary & Opaque ink lang muna gamit ko ngayon..

hello, mga baguhan tayo ang nag reply sa thread mo chris.san ba location nyo, napagawa kasi ako ngayon ng kit para mag simula. yun pang develop, helpful ang thread!

may thread na helpful mam gaya ng Photo Emulsion, Exposure Unit/ Box..dun ako nagbabasa sa thread na yon..search mo lang Asia - T-Shirt Forums ...marami dun mam at tsaka helpful...

Maganda naman exposure mo for 1st try. Bilad mo sa araw after wash out para mas matibay ang emulsion.

Ok ang pagkaburn ah, malinis. Ako di ko pa maperfect ang page-expose. Gamit ko ay transparency- hirap nga lang magprint dun dahil madulas siguro, kaya yung mga fine details hindi makuha sa screen. I-try ko kaya itong tracing paper, tips naman sa proseso mo, TS.

Hindi pa yan perfect..hehe may konting fines details na hindi na washout .yong tracing paper pinahiran ko ng paint thinner para mas translucent/transparent ng konti...Tama sabi ni sir Angel na ibilad sa araw para tumibay ang emulsion..pinatuyo ko rin yan sa ibabaw ng rooftop namin..
