[Anajet] EKPRINT studio HELP for Anajet Sprint

Default EKPRINT studio HELP for Anajet Sprint

So I bought a used Anajet Sprint (I'm not sure if it's a RevA or B). I transferred the ekprint studio license and have successfully activated it. However when I hit print, it just says image has been processed successfully. It does not send it to the printer. The printer is connected to my computer and is recognized. Am I missing something on ekprint? I seriously need to start printing ASAP.

Manage your printer port from your ekprint studio.

Hi, Reymond! In ekprint, it also shows to be connected to the sprint. I’ve pressed the port test multiple times and it shows up on the printer que.

Check your printer Q. There may be a file stuck in there. Turn off your printer and restart it to clear the Q.
