Default Inks keep washing out of shirts

Just started this DTG process had some training from Anajet and from other Anajet users, I have tried various different ways of pre-treating but no matter what I do the image I print on my white shirt washes out, ant ideas ? Ive pre-treated let dried over night, dried on the press tried printing damp, what am I doing wrong?

A photo would help.... we cannot guess what you mean by "washing out". It could be a number of things, including the t-shirt itself. Try printing a per-washed t-shirt, and see what happens.

Printing damp?

I hope you don't meant printing a shirt without a fully cured pre-treat

When you cure the pretreat, there shouldn't be any steam coming from the shirt. You may need to pretreat in 7-10 second increments to insure that it's truly dry. I have to do it all the time. Also, make sure that you're not using too much pretreat. It's the hardest part of the printing process. Actually sucks royally until you get a good rhythm.
