I am thinking of joining Zazzle, before I do this however I would like to know if there is any truth in what some have been saying that you transfer rights to your design to them as you join!!
As I am going to be using designs already selling in two other fulfilllmeny services this is a deal breaker for me!
You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by submitting Content to Zazzle, you grant Zazzle a nonexclusive, worldwide, transferable license to copy, crop, reproduce, publicly display, and distribute your Content.
Basically it's saying you own the artwork and are giving them permission to print it on items.
I have read that it is impossible to withdraw your designs when you decide to stop using Zazzle. Is this still true?
No, not any more. They had back end issues, sort of like AOL but without the intent to defraud. I can absolutely say with confidence they have reinvented themselves and gallery owner relations. I am very impressed. AND Zazzle now sells shoes!
Who owns the designs added on Zazzle?
