My name is Josh and I work at Zazzle, which is located in Palo Alto, CA. Zazzle cares very much about user feedback and improving the site to meet your needs. Listening to our community is a huge priority for us and I will be checking back on this Zazzle forum regularly to answer any specific questions that come up.
I am having trouble contacting Zazzle. I emailed your cutomer support several times and keep getting a "Failed delivery" message back in my email.
So I've got two questions: 1 - What's up with that??
and my original question:
2 - How come only 100 ppi for posters? That's pretty low rez for artistic work.
