I specifically contacted the support team a while ago and got this response:
"Thanks for contacting our Support Team. Your order has already been shipped from our production facility and it is currently in transit to your delivery address. USPS does not update the tracking information on their website until the package arrives at the post office in the delivery zip code. Until then, the message you encountered is displayed on their tracking page. Please rest assured that your package has been sent and it will be delivered soon. If you have any further questions, please feel free to visit
Zazzle Customer Support."
I'm pretty sure they're talking about the light shirt shipment because they obviously didn't really answer my question.
What should I do now? Zazzle apparently only gives you tracking info for the light shipment and not the dark one so I have no idea where it is or if it has even been shipped.
