I have been on a very long search for over 2 months now trying to find an affordable way to either purchase long bodied, formfitting, blank , tagless burnout shirts! I can't afford the quantity requirements overseas and I cant find anyone with a TAGLESS version of the Bella or American Apparel style. I work for a promo company and have access to these, but I'm starting my own line and don't want the tags. Does anyone have any sugestions? Your help would be truely appreciated! I don't want to give up, but I'm at the end of my rope!

Kavio! has longer burnout shirts (if you get the misses style). If you place a large enough order (as with most vendors) they can leave the label out of the garment. Even if the label is in the shirt, you can have someone re-label it. The problem with some shirts is that the labels are sewn in with an overlock machine, not a regular sewing machine. The overlock stitch is hard to take out and re-stitch. Make sure you double check which one it is before committing.

Otherwise, just try asking vendors if they will sew your label in for you, or leave it out alltogether!

Thanks for the info, I neglected to say in original post that I can only order about 60 peices. I'm sure thats not enough for them to keep labels out.

It really depends on the vendor. Buying blank goods through a domestic distributor is the way to go, because taxes, duties, and fees are included.

If you are talking cut and sew, that also depends on the vendor as well.
